With over 18 years experience in Saskatoon and the surrounding area, Touchstone has built a reputation for delivering both beautiful homes and excellent customer experiences.
Founded in 2006, Touchstone’s team of very talented and experienced people offers the benefit of a personalized experience for every customer. We are passionate about designing well-thought-out and functional homes, built with the care and craftsmanship we would want in our own homes.
At the heart of Touchstone, owners Denise and David each bring a distinct perspective to the custom build process. Together, they have 26 years of experience in Saskatoon’s home-building industry and have built many beautiful homes in Saskatoon and surrounding areas. The team focuses on bringing their customers’ dream homes to life and delivering an outstanding product and customer experience.

Founding partner and integral member of the Touchstone team, Denise brings a wealth of experience in governance and finance to complement the team's expertise in design and construction. Her enthusiastic approach and unwavering dedication and passion fuel the company's success.

David Selby, B.E Mechanical
Construction Manager
As the Construction Manager at Touchstone Homes, David takes pride in overseeing each Touchstone home from its inception to its completion. His involvement spans from the early planning stages to the final turnover, but his dedication doesn't stop there. David is passionate about sharing his wealth of knowledge in building science with all our homeowners, both existing and new.
David graduated with Great Distinction from the U of S College of Engineering in Spring 2014, a testament to his commitment to excellence. Since then, he has infused his passion for science into his work at Touchstone. With a diverse skill set, he assumes responsibility for quality control, inspections, design, and customer service. Additionally, David holds certifications as a Certified Professional Home Builder and is Net-Zero qualified. He continuously seeks out innovative solutions to address the evolving challenges in construction today.
You'll often find David on-site, diligently overseeing projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he ensures that every aspect of the construction process upholds Touchstone's reputation for exceptional craftsmanship. David's presence on-site not only guarantees efficient project management but also fosters a sense of confidence and reassurance among clients, knowing their projects are in capable hands.
